AI & Data Use
A factual description of the AI features on this site — what they do, what they receive, and what actually happens to the data.

Where AI is used on this site
- The Ava voice agent — an ElevenLabs conversation agent that can answer questions about Otonomaxx and take your details. It only runs when you press Talk to Ava and the agent is configured.
- The free Website Revenue Score — an automated scan of a public URL you submit, run on our server. When an AI provider is configured, the fetched page content is sent to that provider for a qualitative review.
- Internal drafting — we may use AI assistance for research summaries, first drafts and reporting.
What happens in a call with Ava
If you start a call, your browser asks for microphone access. The call audio is processed by ElevenLabs and may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up accurately. A summary and any details you provide — such as your name, email, phone, business and interest — are forwarded to our inbox and may be saved in our CRM for follow-up.
You can stop at any time by ending the call, or by telling the agent you do not want to continue. If you would rather not talk to an AI, email us instead — the contact form and inbox work exactly the same way.
What the website scanner does
When you submit a URL, our server fetches that public page and analyzes signals such as page structure, headings, metadata and performance basics. When an AI provider is configured (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek or Vercel AI Gateway), the fetched page content may be sent to it for a qualitative review. We do not log into your site or change anything on it. The score is an automated assessment, not a human audit, and it can be wrong.
What actually happens to the data
- Form submissions are emailed to our inbox through FormSubmit (or Resend when configured) and may be stored in our CRM for follow-up.
- Voice call audio and transcripts are handled by ElevenLabs and returned to us; call details may be saved in our CRM.
- Website score submissions fetch the public URL you provide, and fetched page content may be sent to the configured AI provider for review.
AI limits you should know
AI systems can misunderstand, hallucinate or omit details. Treat AI output — including the free score — as a starting point for a human conversation, not as professional advice. Where a decision matters, verify it.
Opting out or asking for deletion
Email chris@otonomaxx.com to ask what we hold, to have it corrected, or to request deletion. You can also ask to be marked as someone who does not want AI calls.
This page describes how the AI features are implemented today. Retention periods and legal commitments are not established here — where a signed engagement applies, that document governs those details.
