Who we are

Otonomaxx is a remote-first consulting practice operated by its founder. Privacy requests and any question about this page go to chris@otonomaxx.com.

What we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us, plus limited technical data needed to run the site.

• Growth review form: business type, name, email, business name, optional website, the goal you select, and any notes you write. The form also contains a hidden anti-spam field.
• Free website score: the URL you submit, and the signals the scanner reads from that public page.
• $49 Growth Blueprint, $497 audit and scheduling requests: the details you submit to receive the report, diagnosis or appointment.
• AI voice calls (only when the voice agent is enabled): the conversation audio, its transcript and summary as returned by ElevenLabs, and any contact details you give the agent.
• Payments: checkout and card processing are handled by Stripe's hosted checkout. We receive confirmation of payment and the email you use at checkout.
• Site analytics: aggregate page and performance data from Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights.

How we use it

To reply to your request, prepare a report, diagnosis or proposal, deliver services you buy, keep basic business records, and improve the site.

Who processes it

These providers receive only the data needed for their role:

• FormSubmit (and, when configured, Resend) — delivers contact, blueprint, audit and scheduling form submissions to our inbox by email.
• Our own Postgres database and CRM — stores lead and client records for follow-up.
• Vercel — hosts the site and provides aggregate analytics and performance monitoring.
• Stripe — hosts checkout and processes payments.
• ElevenLabs — runs the AI voice agent when enabled and handles the call audio and transcript.
• OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek or Vercel AI Gateway — whichever AI provider is configured for the free website score, the fetched page content is sent to that provider for a qualitative review.

Cookies and similar technologies

We do not run advertising cookies on this site. Analytics come from Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which report aggregate page and performance data. Our email, form and payment providers operate on their own domains and may set their own cookies there.

Your choices and privacy requests

Email chris@otonomaxx.com to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to request deletion. If you received a marketing email from us, reply and ask to be removed. You can also ask to be marked as someone who does not want AI calls, or simply end a voice call.

AI voice calls

Calls with our AI voice agent may be recorded, transcribed and summarized by ElevenLabs so we can follow up accurately. More detail is on the AI & Data Use page.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this page changes, we will update it and its date. It describes current website behavior, not a contract.
